The Narada Foundation reports that on May 29th 2015, the Counselors’ Office of the State Council (国务院参事室) offered Xu Yongguang, director general of the Narada Foundation, a position as a research fellow (特约研究员). His contract will be for 3 years.
Xu Yongguang is the founder of the China Youth Development Foundation and Project Hope. He has been working in the field of Chinese public welfare for 25 years and has contributed a lot to the development of Chinese grassroots charity.
