The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, in collaboration with the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, has unveiled the “Colors of the Earth – Work Plan for the Revitalization of Rural Culture Nationwide.”
The plan emphasizes collaboration and empowerment for the revitalization of rural areas. It includes delivering theoretical lectures on Party ideology, providing public welfare training for farmers, establishing the Chinese Farmers’ Poetry Society, hosting exhibitions of literary and artistic works, organizing cultural performances in rural areas, hosting nationwide exhibitions showcasing rural culture and art.
To effectively implement the plan, there is a requirement to strengthen overall coordination, meticulously organize and execute initiatives, enhance support services, and effectively promote and publicize the endeavors.
Local regions are expected to establish stable working mechanisms, tailor activities to their specific circumstances, practice fiscal prudence, and be open to public oversight.
