“Inclusion at Work: Guidelines for Social Inclusion in China” is a bilingual report focused on the employment of people with developmental and learning disabilities.

This report is the work of the Inclusion Factory, the first industrial factory in China that specialises in employing intellectually-challenged individuals. Compiled with the support of the German Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, it contains chapters written by a variety of Chinese and international experts. The first part of the report is essentially an overview of the workplace inclusion of people with disabilities, particularly intellectual disabilities, both worldwide and in China. The second part is a guideline on how their integration into the workforce can be further promoted, with three case studies drawn from projects in which the Inclusion Factory participated.
