Shanxi Heban Public Welfare Service Center was established in 2020.

It is the first one-stop service platform organization for the charity industry in Shanxi.

It provides CSR, philanthropic strategic planning, voluntary services, and philanthropic consulting services for enterprises, public institutions, and social organizations, and carry out capacity building, supervision and evaluation, philanthropic talent exchanges, philanthropic research, non-profit education, and voluntary service advocacy for charitable organizations. It operates community service and voluntary service platform, provides incubation support, online training and other services for social organizations and voluntary service organizations and projects, and build a non-profit (volunteer) service supply and demand docking platform.

The headquarter of the center is in Taiyuan, and it also has three independent project offices under the jurisdiction of Jinbei, Xinzhou and Jinnan.
