To enable the intellectually disabled to equally participate in community construction, and to share the fruits of civilization.

• Care for five mentally handicapped children in collaboration with the Xining Children’s Welfare Institute.
• Social Work Research in Collaboration with Guangzhou Huiling.
• Daytime and nighttime academic services

• 2008, Held a “Charity Run” in collaboration with other Huiling organizations to welcome the Olympics.
• 2008, “Hold Hands with a Disabled Person Toward the Olympics” Activity

Distinctions

Operating for more than five years, we are Qinghai’s only non-profit organization providing services for the intellectually disabled. We use the concept of community-based services to provide a beneficial learning environment for mildly intellectually disabled persons over the age of 12.
