NPO Development Center Shanghai (NDC) is a nonprofit support organization committed to capacity and accountability building for nonprofit organization in China. It was founded in February, 2004 in Shanghai by Dr. Ailing Zhuang, the first of its kind registered in the civil affairs bureau in China.
