The Lighthouse Program promotes sustainable development in local communities through education that nourishes life.
Since 2001, the Lighthouse Project has gone through two decades. Volunteers are mainly distributed in South China Normal University, South China Agricultural University, South China University of Technology, Guangdong University of Technology, Guangzhou University, Guangzhou Medical University, Sun Yat-sen University, Jinan University, Guangdong College of Pharmacy, Zhongkai Agricultural Engineering College, Guangdong Technical Teachers College, Guangdong Second Normal University Colleges and universities in southern China.
From 2001 to 2022, the "Lighthouse Program" has trained and organized 24 groups of college students and 10 groups of in-service personnel to go to the countryside for at least one month in Zhaoqing, Qingyuan and rural areas in Guangxi, Hunan and Jiangxi. The service has exceeded 1 million hours, benefiting more than 2,000 trainees. The Lighthouse Project emphasizes respecting the uniqueness and uniqueness of each life, emphasizing peer relationships, paying attention to the countryside and learning in action, and nourishing children's lives through various courses and diving courses.
Beginning in 2014, the Lighthouse Project began to provide curriculum services for migrant children in migrant communities in Guangzhou. From 2014 to 2015, the Lighthouse Project provided a total of 6,000 hours of participatory course services to 11 communities.
