To develop a culture of human rights in China through human rights education, protecting the rights of the weak, particularly those with AIDS and minority groups.

Under the social enterprise flag of the Dongzhen Library, we promote the interaction of Beijing NGO, NGO personnel, and volunteers. We provide the following services:

1. Public Interest Library, providing readings in the field of public service and social topics.
2. We provide low cost activities for NGOs and provide a meeting space.
