CCAPP was established in 2018, through a collaborative effort by Tsinghua University, Peking University, Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences, Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Anhui Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and other partners. We are dedicated to:

* Conduct scientific research and policy studies on air quality and climate change

* Promote interactions and communications among different stakeholders,

* Inform and publish key findings on recent policies and experiences on air quality, climate change and

* Protect the human health and living environment.

To achieve a world-class air quality in China and protect the climate by :

• Tightening the connections among different stakeholders and providing a voluntary communication platform
• Collaborating with the scientists, engineers, decision-makers, industries and other stakeholders to reduce air pollution, tackling climate change
• Helping improve air quality, protect climate and ensure a healthy living environment
