Goals
To use audio commentary technology to provide cultural products and services for the visually impaired, and to advocate for society to provide a supportive, inclusive environment for the visually impaired.
Major Projects
We created cultural programming for the visually impaired, including a broadcasting program, “Heart Sees the World,” a film “Heart Cinema,” a book, “Heart Library,” and “Heart Drama Workshop.”

- 2008, Weihong Da received “Outstanding Charity Individual” Award
- 2008, During the Olympics, selected as the “Xicheng District International Outreach Window”
- 2008, “Heart Sees the World- Blind Broadcast Film” selected as “China Charity Award Most Influental Project”
- 2010, “China Youth Volunteer Best Project Award”
- 2011, “Heart Cinema” selected as “Beijing Social Organization Public Interest Service Top Ten Products Project”
