Common Good Program Coordinator (Part-time Trainee or Internship)

We are now looking for a Common Good Program Coordinator to join our team whose tasks will be assisting existing program management, schools relationship, reports writing & marketing support:

【岗位职责】主要职责：协助现有公益项目的执行、撰写项目说明及报告等

• Keep routinely relationship with schools and visit cooperated schools around China
• Coordinate between schools, clients, IT service provider and recycling company
• Understand the school's needs and situation and provide assistance if required
• Interview principle, teacher, students and collect data
• Keep track on Green IT classroom’s assets and condition
• Help write up marketing material and program report

Profile: We are looking for a person who has good communication skills. The candidate need to meet with the following expectations:

• Interested in doing social good and working with kids in education program
• Solution finder and customer oriented
• Fluent oral and good written communication skills in Mandarin and in English

Following know-hows will be considered as advantages:

• Design and communication tools (knowledge of photoshop, wechat & mailchimp)
• Previous experience with assessing and reporting social projects
• Technical knowledge of computer maintenance operations

Duration and compensation                                                                                               

• 3-month mission starting as soon as possible, based on the discussion between both parties
• mission period can be extended, and open to a long term employment
• the volunteer will have a fair compensation
