Shanghai’s Public Security Bureau has just released a two-minute video explaining the Overseas NGO Law, with the aid of a cartoon.
While the video doesn’t really add much to what is already known about the law, it can be taken as a sign of the local PSB’s willingness to help overseas NGOs that wish to register an office in the city.
