The CEO Foundation

Founded in 2000, the CEO Foundation (CEO) is a Hong Kong charity whose mission is to aid the poor, hurt and underprivileged, and encourage the values of "family" and "character". In the Mainland, the charity works in Henan province, and has pursued two major projects:

2003-2018 Family Anew (FA): in 2003, CEO organized foster care for disabled orphans by collaborating with the Luoyang Children Welfare Institute. In 2013, CEO began the FA Apprenticeship Program in collaboration with the Luoning Children Welfare Institute. This program provided educational opportunities for Children in Luoning, the third poorest county in China. The success of this program was recognized by the central government when the CEO Luoning Training Center at the Luoning Children Welfare Institute was named as one of the four official pilot models working to enact the National Children Protection Policy.

"Happy Classroom" Project: this project is implemented mainly in Luoning County. It introduces fun and character-building activities into classrooms, and provides counseling to students in need.
