Ta Foundation is the first NGO dedicated to animal protection in mainland China.

Co-initiated by a number of well-known media people, Inner Mongolia Laoniu Charity Foundation and Tencent Charity Foundation, it was registered and established in Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau in May 2011.

It is an AAAA-level non-profit organization in Beijing.
