To promote everyone in society to participate and build a platform for children's services and extracurricular education.

Goals

To promote the idea of “Participate Equally, Study Happily, Grow Up Healthily,” to develop a community model of education which includes participation by families, schools and communities, to serve as a children's community service resource center, and to explore methods of sustainable development.

• Happy Three Thirty Kindergarten in Hongkou, Pudong New and other districts in Shanghai
• December 2009 to January 2011, “Minds Education”—Shanghai Migrant Children’s Development Care Project
• Since April 2011, “Hand in Hand” Community Growth Training Camp Project
• February 2012 - Present, Childhood in Memory—Pudong New District Sanlin County Comprehensive Aid Projectfor Children in Low-Income Families
