To create a healthy, happy and safe environment for troubled children with the help of their parents.

Ruian Star Love Social Work Center is a civil non-enterprise unit incubated by Ruian Civil Affairs Bureau’s Philanthropy Venture Project – “Hand in Hand with Star Child and Parent.”

Goals

Improve the quality of life for autistic children and other troubled children by using scientific methods of social work.

Major Achievements

• "Guardian Angel and Prevention of Childhood Lost" Project received silver medal in the 2014 Third Chinese Charity Project Contest., It was also selected to win the Top Ten Chinese Public Action Award, and got third place in 2016 China Good Project Contest and the Fourth Wenzhou Youth "Internet +" Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition ("Best Public Value Award").
• "Blue Ribbon - Care for Autism" and “Star Children Weekend Companions” received Top Fifty Most Valuable Projects by Mingshan Charity Ranking.
• We received the Top Ten Best Social Organization of Ruian City in 2014.
