The Lipoid Stiftung is a public non-profit and charitable German foundation with a goal to support physically and socially disadvantaged children. As a corporate foundation, the entrepreneurial income of the corporation funds its charitable projects. The foundation currently puts in approximately 2 million euro annually to charitable use in Germany and many other parts of the world.
In addition to directly helping children in need and indirectly supporting other nonprofit and charitable organizations, the Lipoid Stiftung also funds scientific and research institutes.
The foundation’s representative office in China mainly operates social projects that help disabled children and youth in impoverished rural regions.
