The International Council on Clean Transportation is an independent nonprofit organization founded to provide first-rate, unbiased research and technical and scientific analysis to environmental regulators. Our mission is to improve the environmental performance and energy efficiency of road, marine, and air transportation, in order to benefit public health and mitigate climate change.
The International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT) is an international nonprofit organization that conducts research in different regions and provides scientific analyses about the environment and energy efficiency to local regulators.
Keeping the breadth and uniqueness of China’s environmental issue in mind, the ICCT’s China program staff work on providing Chinese government officials with technical-scientific data and information on trends and policies in regards to environmental issues. The program hopes to contribute to more effective regulations that can render the transportation sector cleaner.
