HUcares (HC) was initiated during the COVID-19 pandemic in Shanghai, born from the question "Who cares?" and the resolve of "We care!" HC aims to give a voice to individual "self-helpers," focusing on a model of care and mutual support to help skilled individuals be "seen" and "respected" by exploring their own value and assist them gradually find their place and voice in life.

In today's globalized world, various skills and knowledge are being spread and applied more widely globally, connecting humanity as a whole. This visibility encourages global cooperation and development, providing more opportunities and possibilities for individuals, with personal values driving the global dissemination and application of skills.

To build a co-creative ecosystem and advocate for the protection of individual values, we adhere to the philosophy that "skills know no borders," ensuring everyone has a fair chance. This approach aims to help skilled individuals globally explore their value and find their voice in life, making the world a more inclusive place for true skilled impactors.

Skills are borderless
In the world today, there are many countries, and people belong to one or another, each with its borders. However, in the world of the skilled, there is only mutual respect and admiration. Using their skills to help others, to create, and to communicate fosters development and breaks down national borders, bringing people's emotions together.

Economic development varies by country, but this does not mean that individuals from economically less developed countries are not worth learning from. Everyone has their unique value, regardless of age or nationality. People should be treated equally, no matter where they come from. We should focus more on individual capabilities and efforts rather than judging based on nationality, moving towards a fairer and more harmonious skill-based world.

Having a skill can provide a livelihood, but more importantly, it should come with a heart to help and serve the world. Modern people are often trapped by fame, profit, and worries, holding on to too much.
