Distinctions

We are one of the oldest NGOs in China. We have established 12 organizations providing services in Guangdong, Beijing, Shaanxi, etc. More than 1,000 mentally disabled persons under the age of 16 live in Hui Ling. We also provide a variety of community services, helping thousands of mentally disabled persons to enjoy a normal life.
