Borderless Skilled Impactors

HUcares发起于新冠疫情期间的上海，带着“who cares？”的疑问，及“We care！”的决心，想要为个体“自助者”发声，致力于通过“护”及“互”的模式，让更多有一技之长的人“被看见”、“获尊重”，在向内探索自我价值的路程中，逐步找到归属于自己的人生话语权。
HUcares (HC) was initiated during the COVID-19 pandemic in Shanghai, born from the question "Who cares?" and the resolve of "We care!" HC aims to give a voice to individual "self-helpers," focusing on a model of care and mutual support to help skilled individuals be "seen" and "respected" by exploring their own value and assist them gradually find their place and voice in life.

在全球化的今天，各种技能和知识在全球范围内得到了更广泛的传播和应用，也让人类连接成一个整体，让全球的技能者们再次被看到，促进了全球范围内的合作与发展，为个人提供了更多的机会和可能，个体的价值推动技能的全球传播和应用。
In today's globalized world, various skills and knowledge are being spread and applied more widely globally, connecting humanity as a whole. This visibility encourages global cooperation and development, providing more opportunities and possibilities for individuals, with personal values driving the global dissemination and application of skills.

为构建一种生态共创的局势，倡导守护个体价值的使命，让更多有一技之长的人“被看见”、“获尊重”，在全球范围内探索自我价值的路程中，逐步找到归属于自己的人生话语权，我们秉承“技能无国界”的理念，给每个人一个公正的机会，让世界更多的人成为真正的技公。
To build a co-creative ecosystem and advocate for the protection of individual values, we adhere to the philosophy that "skills know no borders," ensuring everyone has a fair chance. This approach aims to help skilled individuals globally explore their value and find their voice in life, making the world a more inclusive place for true skilled impactors.

技能是无国界的
Skills are borderless

现在世界上有很多国家，我们不是这个国家的人民，就不是那个国家的人民，彼此都有国界之分。但在技能者的世界里，只有相互尊重，彼此敬佩，用自己技能去帮助他人，以技能去创作，以技能去做交流共发展，用技能打破国界，让彼此的感情交流在一起。
In the world today, there are many countries, and people belong to one or another, each with its borders. However, in the world of the skilled, there is only mutual respect and admiration. Using their skills to help others, to create, and to communicate fosters development and breaks down national borders, bringing people's emotions together.

每个国家的经济发展不一，但这不代表经济落后的国家的技能者就不值得我们去学习，每个人身上都具有他的价值发光点，不管年龄，无论国籍。不因国界而改变，不因地域而改变，不因种族而改变，每个人都应该被平等对待，无论他们来自何方。我们应该更加注重个人的能力和努力，而非片面地以国籍来做出评判，我们才能迈向一个更加公正、和谐的技能世界。

Economic development varies by country, but this does not mean that individuals from economically less developed countries are not worth learning from. Everyone has their unique value, regardless of age or nationality. People should be treated equally, no matter where they come from. We should focus more on individual capabilities and efforts rather than judging based on nationality, moving towards a fairer and more harmonious skill-based world.

技公亦是济公
Skilled impactors are also community contributors.

拥有一技之长可以让我们安身立命，但更重要的是拥有一颗“济世救人之心”。现代人为名所困、为利所困、为烦恼所困，放不下的事太多了。更多的时候我们要学会放下，在自己擅长的领域，用自己的技能去帮助他人，为有需要的人提供服务，主动向世界传递善意，以“济世为公”之心去回报社会，以一技之长动天下，成就自我价值。
Having a skill can provide a livelihood, but more importantly, it should come with a heart to help and serve the world. Modern people are often trapped by fame, profit, and worries, holding on to too much. More often, we need to let go and use our skills to help others and serve those in need, actively spreading goodwill and giving back to society with a community-oriented heart. This way, we can make a significant impact and realize our value.

当你的自我价值超越了自身的技能本领，那么就会得到他人的欣赏与尊重。真正的“技公”就算微不足道，也会以“济公精神”为世界贡献出属于自己的力量，用我们的力量一起共建爱与平等的技能者家园。
When your self-worth transcends your skills, you gain appreciation and respect from others. A true skilled impactor, no matter how insignificant their skill may seem, will contribute to the world with a spirit of community service, using our collective strength to build a loving and equal skill-based community.

HC has officially launched the "Borderless Skilled Impactors" program to enable more skilled individuals, both domestically and abroad, to deploy their talents in contributing to the common good or mutual benefit, serving society, and helping the world by creating value through their skills.

帮助你在HC技能者价值倡议平台（微信小程序）上发起共益活动，让更多人参与你的活动，亦可帮助更多有需要的人。
You will be assisted in launching community benefit activities on the HC Skilled Impactors Value Initiative platform (WeChat mini-program), allowing more people to participate in your events and helping more of those in need.

你也可以选择同时作为星探志愿者，用你的技能帮助其他无国界技能者建立自我，实现价值闭环。
You can also choose to be a talent scout volunteer, using your skills to help other borderless skilled impactors build themselves and creat a value loop.

最重要的是，能结识一群和你一样有趣、有才、有理想的“技公伙伴”共同创造美好的未来。
