Using the resources from a widespread international collaborative network to allow the full utilization of local talent. Providing continuous, multi-level services to meet the special needs of organizations in different stages of development, in order to promote the continued development of the social services industry.

Goals

Through the organic integration of the government, enterprise, and communities, and optimized resource allocation, to achieve a civil society which possesses a smooth flow of information, active interaction, equality and diversification, and harmonious development.

Major Projects

• 2010, Began supervising a number of Shenzhen social work service organizations
• 2011, Collaborated with Business for Social Responsibility (BSR) to publish the “China Foundations Development Guide.”
• 2011, Collaborated with Johns Hopkins University's China Grassroots Research Project to develop the training of NGO trainers.

Distinctions

We are a professional organization capacity building institution, providing a variety of capacity building services for domestic and international nonprofit organizations. Through 2011, we held more than 350 activities in training, assessment, strategy planning, and organizational development. 2,000 organizations have participated in our activities, benefiting more than 21,000 people.
