Major Achievements

• Heifer International China, with whom Haihuai works cooperatively, carries out community-based projects which use participatory management methods to build villages. The mechanism of “comprehensive community development based on values” has already won local, national and international awards. Through June 2011, Heifer International China had carried out 135 projects, and had donated 5,116,787 animals to 81,706 farmers.
