From the start of this year, Beijing Municipal Finance Department stopped issuing the Beijing Municipal Charity Donation Invoice (Machine-printed) and Beijing Municipal Charity Donation Invoice (Manual) to city-level charitable organizations.
From April 1, manual and machine-printed invoices will be abolished to fully implement e-invoices for donations. However, there are still many problems to be ironed out before they can become the norm.
Based on this, YeePay, a third-party payment company, has tried out a new attempt to provide an electronic donation invoice solution for charitable organizations.
The donation e-invoice platform launched by YeePay is directly connected to the e-invoice system of government financial departments, enabling the automatic sending of donation invoices to donors without having to go through specific charities.
