The Ministry of Civil Affairs recently issued the 2023 Ministry of Civil Affairs Standard Formulation Plan, which plans to carry out the preparation of 32 civil affairs related industry standards and apply to the Standardization Administration of China for 15 standard projects.
Among them, the projects involve donations, including donation management standards and donation terminology. Civil affairs industry standard development projects also involve other forms of assistance, including data elements and other projects.
In terms of elderly care, it includes the service dispute handling guide for elderly care institutions, the family care training guide for elderly people with disabilities, and the guide for the development of rural mutual-aid elderly care places.
As for the protection of minors, it includes specifications for the temporary guardianship of children, and the service guide for minors’ assistance and protection institutions.
In terms of charity, it includes charity organization fundraising guides and charity project management guides.
