In view of the upcoming implementation of China’s Overseas NGO Law (scheduled to become effective in January), the Chinese Ministry of Public Security has created an online platform for Overseas NGOs in China. Through this platform, overseas NGOs will be able to find out more about the process of registration as mandated by the new law, apply for appointments with the authorities in charge of the registration process, and hand in the required documentation.
