Blue Sky Rescue Conducts Training in Pakistan and Establishes Pakistan Local Office

From August 26 to 29, 2025, at the invitation of the Capital Emergency Service in Islamabad, Pakistan, China Blue Sky Rescue (BSR) carried out a rapid-response water rescue training program for 26 of its members. The training, which included both theoretical and practical sessions, was the first emergency training conducted since the restructuring of the Pakistani agency. It not only contributed to strengthening Pakistan’s emergency response system but also enhanced people-to-people exchanges between China and Pakistan.

On August 30, BSR and the Capital Emergency Service jointly established the Blue Sky Rescue (Pakistan) Office in Islamabad to further advance the city’s emergency system by leveraging their respective strengths. At the inauguration ceremony, Mr. Abdul Rahman, Director of the Capital Emergency Service, and Mr. Zhang Yong, General Commander of BSR, co-hosted the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
