Goals

We are committed to undertake social service projects and social innovation practice from governments and social groups in the field of non-profit organizations in order to help local social service innovation and the development of social organizations.

Major Projects

• 2013, Write “2+5 Documents” for Hangzhou Upper District;
• 2014, participate in social organization capacity building project in Hangzhou Xihu District;
• 2015, undertake Hangzhou Welfare Lottery Anti-domestic violence project in 2015;
• 2016, undertake the Dongxin District Philanthropy Innovation and Performance Evaluation project;
• 2016, undertake “life story sharing” project.

Compared with the general support platform and social service agencies, we focus on the capacity building and organizational management of social service agencies in the areas of project design, development support, brand building, portfolio planning, naming and wording, capacity building, performance evaluation, consulting supervision, internal management structure, and, institutional management system with the aim of enhancing the influence and market penetration of social organizations in the field.
