Introduction
Popularizing environmental law knowledge, improving public awareness of environmental rights, strengthening environmental law enforcement and judicial capacity, promoting environmental public interest lawsuits, improving environmental legislation, and promoting the implementation of environmental law.
Goals
Through the methods of providing legal aid for victims of pollution and raising environmental lawsuits, to uncover and research the problems in the creation, enforcement and implementation of environmental law and raise suggestions, to carry out environmental law training, to raise public awareness of environmental law, and to promote the implementation of and respect for Chinese environmental law.
