Introduction

We provide professional training, help parents with autistic children to improve their parenting skills and promote the development of social services.

Goals

To help children with autism through a well-developed, personalized education plan, to help parents to understand autism and to acquire the necessary caretaking skills, to improve society's knowledge, understanding and acceptance of autistic children, and to respect autistic children's right to life and right to development.

  • 2012-2012, Ocean Heaven Project(海洋天堂计划)
  • 2005-2011, Heart-Alliance Network Teacher Training Program
  • 2005-2011, Heart-Alliance Network Capacity Building Program
  • 2006 - Present, Youth Curing and Training Program
  • 2010, China Charities Aid Foundation for Children from Low-Income Families Assistance Program

Major Achievements

  • 1994, Huiping Tian, the director of Stars and Rain, was selected as “Today’s Hero” by Reader’s Digest
  • 1995, China Youth Development Foundation and China Association for International Exchange of Personnel awarded Huiping Tian the “Lookup Award”
  • 2004, Heartspring Shakelee Award
  • 2008, Soong Ching Ling Children’s Foundation of Canada awarded Huiping Tian the “For Children Award”
  • 2008, One Foundation Model Project Award
