Beijing Huanding Environmental Big Data Institute ("HD Environmental Consortium" for short) is a non-profit environmental protection research organization registered in Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau, which was sponsored and established by Innovation Center of SUSTC with personage focusing on our country's ecological environmental protection. Based on scientific analysis of social demands and environmental protection rules, taking "innovation, overlap, union" as the concept, HD Environmental Consortium uses public welfare to link environmental protection with the society, motivates standard to promote innovation and economy, precisely serves cities through big data, overlaps newest technology with environmental protection to create an innovative mode of ecological environmental protection. HD Environmental Consortium will take the construction of "four platforms plus one system" as its main work orientation, that is to create a competition platform for Huanding environmental protection innovation (Huanding Prize), to guide the younger generation and the society to convert their enthusiasm on environmental protection into specific and practical action, to make environmental protection keep pace with the society; to construct a comprehensive service platform of environmental protection big data, to bring in advanced big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies for a collision with environmental protection issues, to analyze and explore innovative environmental protection solutions; to construct an innovation platform for overlapped and advanced technology convergence, to improve current ecological environmental protection technologies through bringing in new materials, concept and integrating cross-boundary technologies with environmental protection industries, so that to find cross-boundary solutions for specific environmental protection issues; to cultivate a platform for ecological environmental protection comprehensive capacity construction, to implement the concept, policy requirements, standards, so that to strengthen the society's comprehensive environmental protection capacity construction; besides, to build a random check "Huanding standards" system, to construct a precise and practical ecological environment standard system, so that to push for the progress of industries, commerce, even the society.
