Introduction

Beijing Dongcheng Renhe Public Interest & Law Institute(Beijing shuangli law firm was founded in 1996 ) was founded in 2013. Renhe lawyers has become one of the leading law firms in the People's Republic of China with over 50 well-trained attorneys. As one of the largest law firms in Beijing, renhe is determined to stay at the forefront of the Chinese legal profession.
As a local Chinese law practice, Renhe emphasizes positive results for its clients. In China, success depends on a proactive, well-conceived, approach to problem solving. We believe legal professionals should employ innovative and pragmatic China strategies, unmatched experience, and hard work. We meet with clients to set objectives, including developing budgets for attorney time and major expense items. We believe that legal services should be based on the philosophy of developing an intimate knowledge of each client’s needs and objectives. We like to set up long term partner/ relationships with clients, providing the best solutions for each client’s multi-disciplined and industry-specific legal service needs. Renhe believes the goal for a China law office should be an instrumental part of each client’s success in China.
The legal services rendered shall consist of practical, timely legal advice to protect and assist our clients on a day-to-day basis. The lawyers’ experiences are usually developed through close contact with the clients, providing extensive and deep practical experience in the operational side of the clients’ specific business sector. Only in this way may the clients draw upon the expert experience of a lawyer experienced in such a field.
Our attorneys are among the best graduates from the most prestigious law schools in China. Some have law degrees from top law schools in Europe or Australia, and have had years of in-depth experience with leading international law firms before joining Renhe. They are well versed in one or two foreign languages, including English, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese and Korean. Many of our attorneys have served in state legislative or judicial bodies, financial institutions, universities as judges, and directors or professors before they joined Renhe. This solid legal education and multiple working experiences has empowered our firm to assist our clients to virtually predict and avoid problems, helping them resolve disputes and achieve their business goals.
In all of our work, we stick to team commitment through which our attorneys from multiple areas pool their skills and experience to serve clients effectively and efficiently. Our team approach to legal solutions has been highly appreciated by our clients.
Renhe maintains an extensive civil and commercial law practice. We have represented many foreign clients in their business transactions in China and our client list continues to expand.
We have the experience, expertise and resources to ensure that our clients can rely on us for all their legal needs related to China. While our firm provides full range services through teamwork, our attorneys generally focus on one or two practice areas so that they can develop their expertise in their respective areas.
