Promoting community-based service models and improving the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilites.

To enable the intellectually disabled to equally participate in community construction, and to share the fruits of civilization.

Distinctions

We provide integrated education, community and family, vocational, and elderly community-based services for the intellectually disabled. Our community-based service concept has been extended to more than a dozen cities nationwide. Last year, we used our educational alliance to share our more than 20 years of service experience with the other Huiling organizations, promoting the domestic development of the industry.
