Assisting Chinese grassroots organizations to become “transparent finances, transparent public service” practitioners, and helping this notion to become a fundamental element of their culture and values. Making grassroots NGOs into efficient, competitive, and sustainable public service organizations.

Goals

To advocate for transparency, and to cultivate a new generation of grassroots NGOs. Our approach is to unearth, encourage, and cultivate a model vanguard and through this, to influence a greater number of public interest organizations.

Transparent Fish spans the United States and China, collaborating with NGOs, foundations, and universities to develop “transparent finances, transparent public service” organizations through application for partnership with our organization. We also provide the easy to learn, easy to operate “Little Sparrow Financial Publishing Tool-box” system and information disclosure networking platform. Transparent Fish Funds funding is not limited to project or activity expenses, but also includes administrative expenses.
