Introduction

Increasing the visibility of the disabled.

Goals

Development services for disabled persons through employment, entrepreneurship, and cultural transmission.

Major Projects

  • May 2011 – April 2012, Shanghai Call Center for the Disabled, Employment Skills and Employment Psychology Training for the Disabled
  • National Conference For OI Patients
  • October 2011, Deaf Cleaning and Dining Services, Disabled Horticulture Team
  • October 2011, “Good Food Kitchen” Employment and Entrepreneurship Training Base for Persons with Disabilities
  • June 2012, Agricultural Training for the Disabled

Major Achievements

  • 2011, Agency Director General named 2011 Shanghai Top Ten Name in Education News
  • We have established more than five employment teams for the disabled, and helped a large number of disabled persons find employment.
  • April 2010, Nanfang Weekly in Top 10 “2010 Happy China Public Welfare Program List”

Distinctions

With the disabled as our primary interest, and providing services for the disabled as our primary goal, we advocate the concept of “the more disabled, the greater the struggle; the more disabled, the greater the contribution.” We assist disabled persons to attain self-reliance, and to give back to the community.
