WE Program is a dialogue-based initiative founded by the German brand Tchibo in 2008. Rather than relying on traditional audits or compliance models, the WE Program fosters meaningful change through inclusive dialogue, co-creation, and systems thinking. WE Program works with people in the supply chain to promote decent work in factories. In 2023, it became an independent organization, registered in The Hague, The Netherlands, and continues to expand its impact through partnerships across multinational companies.
